Where the RN jobs are
This month we have RN jobs in towns like Cut Bank, Wolf Point, Big Timber, White Sulphur Springs, and Miles City. Lots of ER.
What your shift looks like
- Small team. You might cover the ER and the floor in the same shift.
- You stabilize, then transfer. The nearest big hospital can be hours away.
- You’ll know your patients. In a small town, you’ll see them at the grocery store.
Who loves it here
- Nurses who want variety, not the same 4 patients on the same unit
- Nurses who hike, hunt, fish, or ski on their days off
- Nurses who’d rather know their whole team by name
Who should skip it
- You need a Target 10 minutes away
- You hate driving in snow. Winter roads are real here.
Ask your recruiter before you sign
- How far is the nearest trauma center?
- How do transfers work at night? Flight or ground?
- What units will I float to?
- How far is housing from the hospital, and what’s that drive like in January?
